Plastic Free Face Wash

Knowing HiBAR is leading a movement away from single-use plastic, we jumped at the chance to contribute to their vision of a more sustainable future. Our collaboration, a new amino acid face wash, is a nod to their archetypal shampoo and conditioner bar, with its prominent asymmetric silhouette and gesture.

We made the HiBAR face cleanser sit vertically, like a bottle, evoking other face cleansers, yet imbued with the pleasant tactility of a soap bar  – still paraben-free, soap-free and plastic-free.

The beauty industry is responsible for billions of discarded, unrecycled plastic bottles every year in the US alone.
We’re out to fix that, by redesigning commonly used products to be beautiful, effective and plastic-free.
